I'm the bridge between business and tech.
At Virginia Tech I studied Business Information Technology with a focus on decision support systems. At work I kept getting hired to run marketing and ending up building the automations and processes the whole team relied on to run a ~$22M ad portfolio. Nobody asked me to. The busywork was obvious and fixable.

How much does it cost to automate a business process?
It depends on the size of the problem, so every project gets a fixed quote before work starts. I price on what the fix is worth to you in hours saved, leads recovered and better decisions, never by the hour.
How fast can you build something?
Small automations and tools usually go from idea to a working version in days or a couple of weeks. Larger tools and dashboards take a few weeks. Using AI for the line-by-line code is a big part of why it's fast.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. You explain the problem in plain English, I handle the technical side, and you get something simple to use plus a walkthrough.
Do you work with teams inside larger companies?
Yes, especially operations, marketing and support teams that need a tool built but can't get time on the development roadmap. I've spent most of my career inside larger companies, so I know how to work within your process.
