What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is how long a business takes to respond after a new lead calls, texts or fills out a form. It matters because the first business to respond usually wins. In one well-known study, leads contacted within 5 minutes were 21 times more likely to qualify than leads contacted after 30 minutes.

What is missed-call text back?
