What's included

What you get.

Whether you're starting fresh or fixing an account someone else built, the goal is the same: more booked jobs for the same budget.

  • A full account audit: wasted spend, search terms, structure and tracking gaps
  • Campaigns rebuilt around the services and areas that make you money
  • Negative keywords and search-term cleanup every month
  • Location targeting by your real service area, down to the neighborhood
  • Landing pages that match each ad and turn clicks into calls
  • Call and form tracking, so bidding optimizes for real leads
  • Microsoft Ads, when it pays off for your market
  • One monthly report: cost per lead, booked jobs and revenue

You won't need all of it. It starts with a free Lead Leak Check, then Audit, Fix and Run, with a fixed quote before any work starts. See how it works.

Why me

I've run ad programs at real scale, and built the tools behind them.

For nine years I managed $6M+ a year in Google and Microsoft Ads across roughly 2,000 accounts, the largest Google Ads search book on my team.

To make that work, I built the automations and processes that helped our team run a ~$22M ad portfolio, and they were still in use years later. One benchmarked cost per lead across every market we ran, and another found untargeted neighborhoods worth spending on. The sales team used it to close accounts. See the tools.

Your account gets the same habits: track everything, cut what doesn't work, and spend where leads turn into revenue.

Questions

Straight answers.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

It depends on your market, your services and what a new customer is worth to you. In the Audit I estimate cost per lead from real benchmarks and set a budget aimed at a return, not a guess.

How do you charge for Google Ads management?

A fixed monthly fee, quoted before we start and based on the size and complexity of the account. Never hourly. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google, so you always own your account and your data.

Can you fix an account someone else built?

Yes. Most accounts I see already exist. I start by auditing search terms, tracking and structure, fix the leaks, and keep what's already working.

Do you manage Microsoft Ads too?

Yes. I've run Microsoft Ads alongside Google for years. It's often cheaper per lead, and I'll tell you whether it's worth adding for your business.
